2 cans palmini noodles, drained and rinsed (450 g/ 1 lb)
handful of fresh basil leaves
Optional: grilled sliced chicken, canned tuna, salmon or sardines
Tip: Zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles can be used instead of palmini noodles.
