1 ½ cups almond flour (150 g/ 5.3 oz)
⅓ cup granulated Erythritol, Swerve or Lakanto (67 g/ 2.4 oz)
⅓ cup raw cacao powder (29 g/ 1 oz)
1 + ¾ tsp gluten-free baking powder
⅛ tsp sea salt
¾ tsp vanilla powder or 1 ½ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
6 large squares 90% dark chocolate such as Lindt (60 g/ 2.1 oz)
